Ausra was leading huge cultural transformations of several international businesses in Banking, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Information Technologies, Transportation industries. She is also certified Life Coach from the Institute of Life Coaching Training in Ohio, US, as well as certified Executive Coach and Career Coach from Centre of Executive Coaching in Florida, US.

Austė Zdančiūtė is a cultural leader working at the intersection of cinema, contemporary art, and international collaboration. A film curator and cultural producer specialising in independent and documentary film, she holds an MA from the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where she completed a thesis titled Contemporary Cinema Identity and Exposition Strategies: A Lithuanian Case Study.
From 2011 to 2018, she worked as a film festival programmer for documentary cinema in Vilnius and Porto, while initiating and leading interdisciplinary projects that connect cinema, music, publishing, visual arts, gardening, and poetry.
Between 2018 and 2025, Austė served as Lithuanian Cultural Attachée in France, fostering strategic partnerships between French and Lithuanian cultural institutions. Her years of work brought about the Lithuanian Season across France in autumn 2024, a nationwide programme that continues to generate institutional and artistic collaborations.
Alongside her institutional work, she has consistently researched and developed interdisciplinary formats for cultural production. In 2021, she co-founded NAMAS Residency in Lavaudieu, a rural cultural space in central France dedicated to contemporary interdisciplinary art, practical experimentation, community building, and education. The residency remains an evolving platform for artistic research and exchange.

Dr. Birute Miskiniene is Managing Director, lecturer/consultant of Vilnius University Business School. She holds PhD in Social science, Master degree of Astrophysics and Master of Management from ISM University of management and economics and BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
She was working for number of years for one of European Commission programmes Leonardo da Vinci. She was Executive director for Lithuanian Leonardo da Vinci programme from 1997 to 2006 and contact person for CEDEFOP Study visits programme. During this period, She was member of EU Leonardo da Vinci programme Steering committee in Brussels. Since 2006 she was a board member of Lithuanian project management association also member of EU Task Force of International project management association (2010-2015). She was involved in ICT network expert group in Brussels. She was/is a speaker at national and international conferences. Working in the ministry of Education and science during the Lithuanian presidency, she was involved in EU presidency team by organizing events for EU. For the successful presidency She was nominated with special Lithuanian President Award. 2013-2014 She was member of Advisory board of European Qualification Framework in Brussels. From 2016 She is vice-president of Vilnius Chamber of Commerce. During the last 15years She is working in the higher education sector with strong business cooperation/collaboration direction: starting as Executive Director at ISM Executive School, University of Management and Economics (ISM), continuing as deputy director in the department of Higher Education and Technology at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania.

Daiva considered choosing the HR field during her bachelor's and master's studies, but instead, she spent fifteen years working in the finance department, with HR remaining just a hobby and an area of personal interest. While working in finance, she was also involved in various organizational tasks, public procurement, and sales. In 2021, she received a job offer to try herself in the field of recruitment, which quickly became her greatest passion.
Daiva has now been working in recruitment for five years, with LinkedIn as her main tool—where she has already reached the maximum allowed network size of 30,000 connections. She is also responsible for HR management at the Rimantas Kaukėnas Support Group. For over ten years, she has been an active volunteer in this charity, dedicating her time to supporting children battling oncological diseases, organizing events, and fulfilling the dreams of young patients.
In 2018, she received the "Boomerang of Kindness" award from Rimantas Kaukėnas in recognition of her outstanding contributions to helping children with cancer.

Hobbies: I dedicate a lot of my free time to volunteering, learning, growth, and self-improvement. I love traveling, especially to Asia, and during each trip, I attend cooking classes.
