Andrius is a former college basketball athlete who has successfully translated the discipline, dedication, resilience, teamwork, creativity, and leadership he developed on the court into both his professional career and personal life.
While working full time, he earned both an MBA and an MHRM from Keller Graduate School of Management, demonstrating his commitment to continuous growth and self-investment.
He began his career in financial services with Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Advisors, building a strong foundation in investments and wealth management. He then spent 14 years in the transportation and logistics industry, where he held multiple managerial leadership roles, overseeing operations, strategy, and people development.
After nearly two decades of higher education, professional advancement, and disciplined financial habits, Andrius achieved financial independence and reached F.I.R.E. (Financial Independence, Retire Early) at age 37, transitioning to managing his personal assets full time and designing life on his own terms.
Today, he is passionate about mentoring individuals who want more than average — those willing to commit, take ownership, and do the work required to build a meaningful and intentional life.
He believes:
Success isn’t luck or shortcuts.
It’s the accumulation of daily decisions, consistent action, and personal accountability.
Andrius works best with people who are ready to raise their standards, take responsibility for their outcomes, and consciously design their life rather than accept the circumstances around them.
