The combination of engineering and social sciences is a creative and at the same time realistic approach to every action. For the past 7 years, I have been working as the head of automation product group. I have good planning skills, so I can combine constantly changing and technologically improving job with an artistic hobbies - dance, painting and poetry writting. I constantly spend part of my free time for mentoring. I am happy to share my thoughts, insights and experience with people.

Renata Beržanskienė is the Director of the Legal Department of ORLEN Lietuva, AB. In 1992 Renata graduated from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, In 2017 she obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy of Vilnius University, and also in 2012 obtained EMBA at the Baltic Management Institute.
In 1992 Renata started her career as a lawyer at the law firm "Ellex Valiunas", after passing the Bar exam in 1997 she founded her own law firm, which later grew into the law firm Sorainen, where she was a partner for more than 19 years.
During the period of 2008 - 2014 Renata was a member of the Council at the Lithuanian Bar Association and the Head of the Lithuanian delegation CCBE (Council of European Bar Associations and Legal Societies). During the period of 2011-2017 she was a Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague (ICC). From 2018 to 2024 Renata is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris.
Renata is included in the list of arbitrators of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (with more than 70 cases experience) and in the list of the court mediators. She is also an active member of "Lyderė" Association.
