Julija (JJ) is the Founder of London-based PR and Communications agency Black Unicorn PR, specialising in B2B technology startups, scaleups, unicorns and VCs across the UK and Europe.

Her career began working with globally recognised brands including TomTom, ASUS and Visa, before moving fully into the startup ecosystem in 2015. Since then, JJ has led communications for one of London’s most successful tech startups and collaborated with independent PR agencies supporting a wide range of tech companies.

In 2018, she founded Black Unicorn PR with a clear mission: to build a PR agency that operates as an extension of the founding team. Today, the agency works with clients across Europe and beyond and is widely recognised for its work with B2B technology companies.

Jurgita has ample experience in the development of case law in Lithuanian courts and the formation of legal practices for businesses.

Jurgita is annually ranked as one of the best speakers on employment topics. For the last 8 years consecutively, she has presented legal topics in the most prominent national conferences for HR professionals, public procurement experts, CEO’s and managers. Jurgita co-authored the first commentary on the CMR Convention in Lithuania and has launched innovative business tools such as the Dispute Success Index —a legal tool that assesses the probability of success in a legal dispute, litigation costs and other possible losses and risks, and NO SURPRISES — an online tool which makes all employment documents easily accessible and manageable online. Jurgita Juospaitytė-Bitinienė is a Lithuanian art critic, curator, and cultural entrepreneur, best known as the founder and director of The Rooster Gallery. Since establishing the gallery in 2008, she has focused on representing emerging contemporary artists from the Baltic region and expanding their presence internationally through exhibitions and major art fairs.
