Milda is currently an Associate Director of Business Alliances at BioNTech. In her role, she manages complex and high priority global pre-clinical and clinical partnerships. Working closely with finance, legal and IP, Milda is responsible for establishing and launching alliances, translating contracts into operational language, as well as supporting re-negotiations and restructuring of alliances. Prior to joining BioNTech, Milda worked at AstraZeneca in Sweden where she was part of R&D as well as Business Development, Licensing & Strategy departments. Milda has a significant international experience and holds a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Munich. He has also studied at Harvard Law School and Lund University. In 2015, Rytis received the "Lawyer of the Year Award" from the In-house Counsels Associaton (B.I.T.A.).
