Daiva began her professional career in January 2000 in the external audit department of Deloitte LLP (Deloitte) in Atlanta, Georgia. In September 2006, she was awarded a caveated position with to Deloitte's New York office, where she worked with the Deloitte's international clients, advising on US stock exchange accounting requirements. From 2008 to 2012, Daiva worked at Deloitte in Athens, Greece, in the external audit department, advising the clients on US financial reporting matters. In 2013, Daiva returned to the USA and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) until 2018, and since 2018 she has been working for CFGI in the Philadelphia and now Boston offices as a managing director consulting on US stock exchange accounting requirements and helping our clients prepare for the initial public offerings in the USA (IPO’s). Daiva has Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA, 1999 and Bachelor of Business Management degree from Vytauto Didžiojo University, Kaunas, Lithuania, 1995. Daiva is a CPA in states of Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Ingrida is a proven leader in private, academic and non-profit sectors. She has worked with government agencies, judiciary, law enforcement, private sector, foundations and NGOs to counter financial crime, corruption and serious organised crime; and improve approaches to irregular migration; and to improve approaches to business environment reforms and support progress towards social, environment and governance (ESG) goals.

Recently she led a 5-country research project on community cohesion between Ukrainian refugees and host communities in five Central European countries, working with the International Foundation for Electoral Studies (IFES) and Palladium. She was also recently the knowledge management lead for the 5 year USAID global program 'Global Accountability Program, Strengthening National Architectures' and works on strategic corruption, foreign malign influence, corruption and social norms.

Ingrida has developed and grown teams and portfolios, by significantly revamping organisational strategies and ways of working. In Palladium, this led to her establishing a portfolio of 5+ diverse programmes within a year, and growing it to almost 10 programmes within 2 years.

She has directed projects in a range of environments from the Caribbean and Central America to Eastern, Western and Southern Africa to Eastern and Western Europe, Balkans, the Middle East and China. She has been responsible for effectively leading teams on small scoping studies and multi-million pound programmes, which included unique partnerships and senior staff (e.g. former deputy ministers). She oversaw budgets and financial planning, technical planning, monitoring and evaluation, business development, client reporting and other capability areas and teams. When working with KPMG’s forensic team in London, she supported governments’, multilateral organisations’ and financial sector’s (large banks and real estate agencies to small fin-techs) anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption and broader compliance framework design and roll-out.

Ingrida is currently a senior researcher at the Institute of Law, Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences. Previously she lectured at the University of Cambridge, Centre for Development Studies for 10 years. Her research focuses on international development, financial crime, corruption, rule of law and irregular migration. She has published a book on anti-corruption with Routledge in 2018 and various other academic publications.

She also continues to deliver projects in international development, counterring corruption and illicit finance. She is currently delivering projects for tje Gates Foundation and an evaluation of Swiss-funded IMF anti-corruption work.
