The combination of engineering and social sciences is a creative and at the same time realistic approach to every action. For the past 7 years, I have been working as the head of automation product group and physics teacher at school. I have good planning skills, so I can combine constantly changing and technologically improving job with an artistic hobbies - dance, painting and poetry writting. I constantly spend part of my free time for mentoring. I am happy to share my thoughts, insights and experience with people.

My interests: psychology (especially logotherapy), morality in all life and work fields, new product creation, spirituality, physics.

Andrej Suchomlinov (PhD, MD), Assoc. Prof. at the Anatomy, Histology and Anthropology Department, Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine. Former student of VU MF and member of LiMSA. In 2012, Andrej defended his doctoral thesis in the field of physical anthropology. Since then, he has been teaching Human Anatomy, Applied Anatomy and Human Biology to Medicine students and conducting scientific research in areas of anatomy, auxology (children growth and development) and physical anthropology. Andrej can take 2 Small Brothers/Sisters and is particularly interested in working with students who are planning an academic career.

Andrius realized his destiny on the first encounter with personal computers at the age 15. Back then there was no internet and only a few Russian made Electronika BK 16k memory computers present in the whole city of Siauliai.
Following his passion Andrius initiated a couple of startups to make modern technologies more available to everyone. He founded the first internet café in the city, later started supplying hardware and software components and ultimately included hosting services. Lots of experience gained while running the business, collaborating with media and sponsors to organize various IT events.
In the meantime he joined a team of IT professionals to build healthcare infrastructure, connecting and integrating data from health providers and pharmacies.
Later he participated in modernizing data collection and processing systems at Lithuanian tax authority, with special focus on building tools for tax fraud detection and prevention.
inspiration for data analysis and solutioning grew and Andrius moved to Vilnius joining iconic software company of that time - "Informacines Technlologijos", the only official partner of Oracle and Microsoft professional certification center.
While at the same time working on his doctoral research at Vilnius University, giving lectures about Unix systems and preparing students for Cisco CCNA certification.
Andrius was always eager to try new industries and didnt waste the opportunity to join an international telecommunication company with an operation base in Prague. After four years he got an invitation to New York to bring his expertise in building healthcare integration with Obamacare infrastructure.
Currently he is working on a small startup that has a potential to revolutionize the way we collect, process and use data in the modern AI based all connected future.

His career spans multiple industries, including energy, manufacturing, and professional services, with roles at Ignitis, KPMG Lithuania, and General Motors. His expertise covers innovation, export development, and customer relationship management.

Andrius holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Aston University.

He would gladly mentor young professionals in areas of export promotion, preparing to attend international trade shows and project management.

Andrius is a former college basketball athlete who successfully transferred and translated his on-court learned skills of discipline, dedication, commitment, teamwork, creativity, leadership, adaptability to his personal and professional business career.

Throughout this journey of his, he also obtained an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and MHRM (Masters of Human Resources Management) at DeVry/Keller Graduate School of Management while working full time.

He started off his career at Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Advisors at financial investments field.

Next stop took 14 years in the transportation/logistics industry, where he was holding various managerial level roles.

After nearly 2 decades of continues higher education and professional life, he transitioned to self sufficient personal assets management by reaching F.I.R.E. at age of 37.
