In her current role as a Business Manager within Investment Banking, Žaneta works at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and innovation. Her expertise lies in large scale corporate lending for Scandinavian and global companies, where she navigates complex regulatory topics, ESG and sustainability, emerging trends such as defence industry financing, and the ongoing transformation of processes, IT systems, and growing AI integration. Managing this business means balancing a portfolio of strategic, high stakes initiatives, where good ideas matter, but lawful, robust implementation matters even more.
